I was involved in a serious transport accident in April 2008, and following 10 months of physiotherapy that helped me to regain mobility, I was left with muscle aches and stiffness. A few months ago, I began training with Emma for 4 sessions a week in an effort to improve my health and fitness, and to lose the excess weight I’ve carried for several years.
Emma developed an exercise plan specifically tailored to help me improve joint mobility and increase my level of fitness. Not only have I lost quite a lot of weight; I’ve also become much stronger and I feel fitter and healthier. My core strength has improved and the muscle stiffness I suffered after the accident has eased considerably.
