One to one personal training

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, than one to one personal training at MyoFunction is for you.

Our individual training programs involve an initial minimum commitment of 12 weeks, and include comprehensive assessments so you can track your progress.

Group personal training

Would you like to train in a small group, between 2 and 4 people? They may be people you know or not up to you.

You can achieve your fitness and health goals with the extra support and motivation that comes from training with others.

Even if you have an injury or are new to exercise, MyoFunction group personal training can be tailored to suit you.

Our group training programs involve an initial minimum commitment of 12 weeks, including comprehensive fitness assessments so you can track your progress.



 

Off-peak group training

Our off-peak group training offers amazingly affordable training in groups of 3-6 people.

The minimum commitment is 12 sessions, to be used in 6 weeks. The price includes complimentary group assessments every 6 weeks.

Times available:

Monday   2pm to 2.45pm
Wednesday   2pm to 2.45pm
Friday   2pm to 2.45pm

Off-peak group training costs $16.50 per session, including GST, for a group of 3-6 people.
