Outdoor group training

Outdoor Group Training is a great way to get fit. Outdoor groups have a great dynamic, where people of similar abilities train together, challenging and motivating one another to achieve their goals. Our classes currently take place in Clifton Reserve in Brunswick (see map) and numbers are limited to 16.

Our trainers challenge you to achieve more than you thought you could, providing you with a motivating and encouraging environment that gives you the best chance to meet your training goals.

How we're different from other outdoor group trainers

With MyoFunction outdoor group training, you can expect to be pushed out of your comfort zone, but this isn't a "boot camp" - you won't be yelled at.

To exercise your whole body and keep things interesting, we use a huge variety of training techniques and equipment, including:

  • bodyweight exercises
  • cardio
  • kettlebells
  • TRX suspension training
  • power bands

Our exercises use the body's three energy systems (aerobic,anaerobic and lactate) to maximise your results, which can include improved fitness, weight loss, increased strength (including core strength), and increased flexibility. And all this while having lots of fun!
