Training in a small group is a great way to get fit. It saves you money and gives you extra support and motivation.

Most of our group training clients have had exercise experience, whether training in a gym or on their own. Most of these clients have reached a plateau in their training or have just become bored and unmotivated.

MyoFunction group training gives you accountability and progressive training with guaranteed results. And because you get a different session every time you come, you'll never get bored!

At MyoFunction, we offer two types of group training:

Group Personal Training in our spacious, fully equipped Brunswick studio. You can train with a partner or a group of 2-3 friends, or join one of our existing groups. Exercises are tailored to your personal goals.

Outdoor group training in parks around Brunswick, with classes of up to 16 people. Get motivated, get out of your comfort zone, and reach your fitness goals in a fun, supportive environment.
